Cancellations/Rescheduling

If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment, it is greatly appreciated if you would give at least 24 hours notice, otherwise there is a 100% charge for the service. Of course, I am human and understand that things happen. That being said, reaching out to me is the best course of action if something happens last minute.

Rescheduling is limited to two times if you have never received a service before. After the second rescheduling, a deposit of 50% would be required to reserve and appointment.

Redo/Refund

At this time, I do not offer refunds. I do, however, offer redos until happiness is achieved.

Clean Hair

It is ideal if you come to your service with clean hair this is worn down in its natural state, or the state that you wear it in the most often.
