MISSION STATEMENT

At New Cheveux… my mission is to create a personalized, uninterrupted salon experience rooted in care, precision, and honest connection. Every reservation is a collaboration—centered around transparency, trust, and results that feel true to you. I’m committed to empowering you through elevated beauty, clear communication, and an intentional space where self-love and confidence can thrive.

BOOKING A RESERVATION

At New Cheveux, services are by reservation only. I am not able to accommodate walk-ins. This is so I can give each guest the full attention they deserve in a peaceful, private space.

You can make a reservation up to 35 days in advance through www.newcheveux.com/rsvp. A valid card on file is required to make a reservation.

New clients must schedule a virtual consultation before booking services. This helps me get to know your hair, your goals, and make sure we’re a good fit. Please have at least one inspiration photo ready so we can design the perfect look together.

If you're a returning client and are thinking about making a big change—like trying a completely new style or look—a virtual consultation is also required before booking your transformation. This is to ensure that I have all the necessary tools to accommodate your design.

Please note:

  • Only the person receiving services is allowed in the studio—no extra guests or children (unless they’re booked for a service and approved ahead of time). This keeps the space calm, quiet, and focused on you.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you're running behind, please let me know as soon as possible. I allow a short grace period, but if your arrival time prevents me from being able to complete your service, a 50% fee will be charged to hold your rescheduled appointment.

Please note:

  • That rescheduled appointment cannot be moved.

  • If you're unable to make the follow-up, the full remaining service fee will be charged, and a deposit will be required for your next three bookings.

I respect your time and kindly ask for the same in return so I can continue providing an intentional, unrushed experience for every guest. If I am running late, I will discount or make adjustments as is necessary and most accommodating for you.

CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee. This gives me time to offer the spot to someone else with short notice.

  • Late cancellations without prior approval will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • An appointment is considered a no-show if:

    1. You don’t show up and haven’t contacted me, or

    2. You arrive more than 30 minutes late without communication.

I understand that life happens, and true emergencies are treated with grace—but communication is essential. Just reach out and let me know.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of service. I accept the following forms of payment: VenMo, Zelle, CashApp, or Cash.

  • A card on file is required to book any service and will be used for late cancellation or no-show fees, as outlined in the policy above.

  • No refunds are issued for completed services. Please be sure to share any concerns during your appointment so I can make adjustments as needed.

Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated!

ADJUSTMENTS AND CORRECTIONS

My goal is always for you to leave fully satisfied and feeling your best. If you notice something that needs adjusting after your reservation, please let me know within 72 hours of your service.

  • Small refinements may be offered at no charge if they align with the original service and are requested within this window.

  • Requests made after that timeframe or that involve a significant change may be charged accordingly.

Open and honest communication is key—I’m always happy to collaborate to make sure you love your results.

PRICING TRANSPARENCY

At New Cheveux, I believe in open, honest communication—especially when it comes to your time, your hair, and your investment.

  • All prices listed publicly (online or in print) are starting points only. Because each service is tailored to your individual needs and desired outcome, final pricing may vary.

  • To ensure clarity, every guest will review and sign a Hair Design Sheet before their service begins, outlining the agreed-upon plan and price.

    • If changes occur throughout the service, you will be notified immediately, and will kept up-to-speed in real time. No changes will be made without guest approval first.

  • I maintain detailed records for each client, including color formulas, techniques used, and service history. This helps ensure consistency and allows us to build on your look with intention over time.
