FROM THE MOMENT YOU ARRIVE, MY GOAL IS TO MAKE YOU FEEL RELAXED, HEARD, AND TAKEN CARE OF. HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT:
A warm welcome and a moment to settle in
A beverage or light snack if you’d like one
Time to use the restroom and get comfortable
A detailed consultation to go over your vision and needs
If you’ve already completed a virtual consultation, we’ll review those notes and confirm our final plan together. Once everything is aligned, you’ll sign your Design Sheet and it will be added to your client file for reference and consistency going forward.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SERVICE
For a smooth service, a little prep goes a long way. Here’s what to keep in mind:
Please come with somewhat clean hair—1–2 days since your last wash is fine for most services.
If you're receiving color and a cut, please come with clean hair worn down in its natural state—no buns, no top knots.
If you're coming in for just a haircut, the same applies: clean, natural-state hair helps me assess your true texture and shape.
If your hair needs to be washed at the start of your service and that wasn’t part of your reserved service, a shampoo + style charge will be added to your total.
SALON ETIQUETTE & SHARED SPACE COURTESY
New Cheveux is located in a shared building, and while the suite is yours during your appointment, the space around us belongs to a community. A few gentle reminders:
Be mindful of volume in the hallway and while using shared spaces
Treat the restroom areas with respect—they’re shared by all tenants
If an issue arises with the space or another tenant, let me know and I’ll take care of it through the proper channels

I know my guests are kind, thoughtful people, and I’m truly thankful for the energy you bring into the salon. These notes aren’t rules—they’re just reminders to keep New Cheveux feeling like the intentional, calming space it’s meant to be.
